Quiet location with friendly staff and clean bathroom.

what an utter disappointment! the area felt unsafe and the breakfast was a true joke, who serves cereal and wrapped bread as a complimentary meal? i woudl ve been thrilled with a room upgrade for all the inconvenience, but alas, that didn't happen. the ants in my room made me feel like i was in a horror movie.

I stayed here for a family visit and found the location to be very convenient, just a short drive to Lackland AFB. The kitchenette in my room was well-stocked, making it easy to prepare meals. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere at night, which allowed for restful evenings after busy days. The staff were very accommodating, which added to the overall positive experience.

There were definitely a few hiccups. the bathroom ceiling showed signs that could have been mistaken for mold, and a bit of updating wouldn't hurt the overall vibe of the place. Getting in and out with the card key was a pain, taking multiple tries to unlock the door, which added unnecessary frustration to our stay. Parking can be a trek, especially if you end up on the far side of the lot, forcing you to lug your bags up some stairs before finding your room.

Our stay was delightful! The staff was incredibly friendly, providing maps and tips for exploring Lackland. The room had a surprisingly well-equipped kitchen, perfect for family meals. I recommend arriving early to enjoy the lovely light breakfast and get a head start on your day!

the pinn road inn and suites offers incredible value with spacious rooms featuring kitchenettes (great for families! ). Housekeeping is meticulous. our room was spotless every day! the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. very close to local stores and the mission baseball field.
