We stayed at this hotel for Thanksgiving and were pleasantly surprised to find that our room had a full kitchen. It was equipped with everything we needed to cook a Thanksgiving meal. The motel was in a convenient location, close to the main entrance gate of the base. The room was clean and had a full-size refrigerator, stove, and microwave, which was a great advantage. Additionally, there were Mexican restaurants and a small store within walking distance, making it easy to grab a bite to eat or any necessities we needed.

The breakfast area was too small, and the options were limited to cereal and muffins. On one night, there was a lot of noise coming from the nearby apartment building, which disturbed our sleep.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, especially for visiting Lackland AFB. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping services. the staff was helpful and provided excellent customer service.

The neighborhood surrounding the hotel didn't look very appealing. the laundry facilities were limited, with only one washer and two dryers available and an additional charge for each load.

We had a wonderful stay at Pinn Road Inn and Suites. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Peter. He gave us great directions and suggestions for things to do in the area. The room was clean and comfortable, with a super comfy king-sized bed. The hotel is conveniently located close to Lackland AFB and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. We got more than what we expected and had a great experience overall. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a budget-friendly and comfortable stay.
