My stay at the Plaza Resort And Spa was fantastic! I was greeted by Mrs Victoria, who provided exceptional customer service and made me feel so welcome. The room was clean and had all the amenities I needed. Being right by the pool was a bonus for my son, who loved swimming. The location was great, with shopping centers nearby. a quiet and relaxing stay, and I will definitely be going back!

The hotel is conveniently located close to a grocery store and restaurants. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet with beautiful views of the mountains in the distance. The room is spacious and comfortable, with excellent service from the friendly staff. The pool area is well-maintained and offers a relaxing atmosphere.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly staff and checked into a top floor unit with great views of the golf course. The room was well-stocked, clean, and comfortable. The resort had two well-kept pools, one of which provided a peaceful atmosphere for adults. The staff was accommodating and the location was convenient.

This hotel serves its purpose perfectly. The location is central and close to everything we needed, including restaurants and other resort areas. The well-equipped kitchenette in the room allowed us to save money on meals, and we appreciated the attention to detail in the basic amenities provided.

No negative aspects to report. This hotel exceeded our expectations and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The room was nice and clean, with clean bathrooms. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the restaurants nearby were open and had great food.

The customer service was horrible. They couldn't find my reservation, hung up on me twice, and gave me the wrong room number.
