Our stay at this hotel was incredible! We got amazing value for our money with clean and well-maintained rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and a beautiful location near the lake. Definitely exceeded our expectations!

The breakfast offerings could be improved with a greater variety of options.

The location of the hotel was convenient and easy to find. the rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. One of the best aspects was the outstanding pool, which was clean and had plenty of towels available. the breakfast selection was nicely done, with a good variety of options.

The layout of the hotel was strange, with different additions attached to the back, and the breakfast area had distracting pool and ping pong tables. Additionally, the room assigned to us was located over the lobby and kitchen, and the noise from cabinet slamming and switches being flipped for breakfast preparation was quite bothersome.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a king-sized bed that provided a great night's sleep. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which were a welcome treat during these uncertain times. The hotel staff were courteous and friendly, providing us with a list of nearby restaurants to explore. Price-wise, the hotel was affordable, and the cleanliness of the room made us feel welcomed and at ease. we had a positive experience at Best Western Lakewinds and would consider staying here again.

Our stay was a wonderful experience. The quarters were clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations to check out the nearby beach and Silver Lake Sand Dunes. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of options and the room had a beautiful view of the lake. We also enjoyed the fun game room and playground outside. It was perfect for a family vacation.

The pool was a bit crowded during our visit, but the hot tub was a great alternative to relax in.

The friendly blonde lady in the breakfast area went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable, even helping us with directions. The pool, hot tub, and lounge area were all impeccably clean and well-maintained. The hotel's convenient location near food and shopping, as well as the inclusion of a fridge and microwave in the room, made it a great choice for families on a budget. We were also pleasantly surprised by the suite-like features in our King room, including a fireplace and balcony overlooking the indoor pool. The entire stay was wonderful, and we will definitely return in the future.

The front desk staff at Best Western Lakewinds was incredibly helpful. When we arrived, our original room was dark and creepy. However, they were able to quickly switch us to a more comfortable room with better lighting. The staff's kindness and willingness to accommodate our request made a huge difference in our stay.

One drawback was the confusing layout of the hotel. There seemed to be an abundance of doors, halls, and odd nooks, which made navigation a bit difficult.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic. I was impressed with its location as I was able to easily access the tourist area within 4-5 hours. Also, the guest check-in area had a microwave which was very convenient for me. Everything was close to this hotel which made my stay here even better. The service room and housekeeping were both great and efficient. The room amenities were also impressive with ironing facilities, tea and coffee maker, and a seating area for me to relax in. it was a great stay.

I'd definitely recommend this place to my friends for its great staff and amazing facilities.

We were pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of this hotel, close to everything we needed and in a spacious, comfortable area. The rooms themselves were well-equipped with basic amenities, including a mini-fridge and a microwave, and we particularly appreciated the breakfast included in our stay, served promptly at 7:30am.
