The room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed and plenty of soft towels. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and even allowed us to bring our small dogs along. We were pleasantly surprised to find a fresh coffee bar in the downstairs lounge, which made our mornings even more enjoyable.

We were a bit disappointed that there wasn't a free coffee bar in the lobby, especially after a long drive. Additionally, there was no microwave in the room, which would have been useful for heating up leftovers.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The King Suite was like a small apartment with a separate bedroom, living room/dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. It was sparkling clean and spacious, making it feel like a "home away from home." The staff was incredibly kind and even helped us dig our car out of the ice. The location was perfect for us skiers, being just a short drive from the slopes. It was quiet and cozy, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day on the mountain. The attention to detail and the modern kitchen facilities in the room made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast included eggs cooked to order, which was a pleasant surprise.

The only thing that could have been improved was the proximity to the ski slopes. Although it was not a major issue, a slightly closer location would have been even better.

The staff was wonderful and upgraded us to a suite without asking! Very clean and comfortable. The Castle restaurant offered a discount and had a delicious Beef Wellington. Perfect location for exploring quaint surrounding towns.

The rooms were a bit dated and in need of some upgrades. the noise from slamming doors and loud ice machines was a bit bothersome.

The staff here were super nice and accommodating. The room was huge and had a very cozy country lodge feel. It was also very clean with no bad smell. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and although we didn't have time to use the spa, it looked great. The restaurant offered delicious food in a nice upscale setting, and even though there was no bar, you could order drinks and enjoy them in the library. The hotel is located close to the main Okemo mountain and is in a convenient location down from the castle.

As a couple, we loved the comfortable rooms and refreshing indoor pool. The staff was accommodating and the dining experience at Castle Hill was excellent. The location allowed us to explore surrounding towns easily.

I recently stayed at The Pointe and had a fantastic experience. The maids were incredibly helpful and friendly, making sure our room was always clean and inviting. The room itself was spacious and well-maintained, providing plenty of space for my family. One of the highlights was the beautiful hot tub, which was always clean and relaxing. Kiersten, one of the staff members, really went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. When the AC in our bedroom broke, she immediately found a solution by offering us a condo at no additional cost. Not only did she arrange for our luggage and groceries to be moved, she also ensured that we were comfortable and taken care of throughout our stay. Her exceptional customer service truly impressed me. I highly recommend The Pointe at Castle Hill for a comfortable and convenient stay in the Okemo/Ludlow area.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a Vermont getaway and had a great time. The room was comfortable and spacious with nice amenities like a mini refrigerator and coffee maker. The staff was always willing to help and gave me great suggestions for things to do in the area. The location was perfect, just a short drive away from Okemo mountain and the town of Ludlow. it was a good value for money and I would recommend it to others.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was satisfactory and I didn't have any major issues.
