I loved having a flat-screen TV, microwave, and refrigerator in the room, it made me feel right at home. I had a fantastic stay at Portofino Inn! the bed and chase were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. the location couldn't be better, with easy access to Universal Studios and Warner Bros. Studios. Plus, there were plenty of options nearby for grabbing a quick bite to eat. the staff were friendly and accommodating, especially the Latina housekeeper who always greeted us warmly and made sure our towels were fresh. the simple breakfast was a nice touch, and I appreciated being able to enjoy juice, coffee, or tea throughout the day. Parking was not an issue, and overall, I had a wonderful experience.

The only recommendation I have for the breakfast menu is to strike up a deal with the on-site restaurant, Frank's, to offer a discount or free breakfast for guests. This would be a win-win situation, as guests would have access to a better breakfast option, the inn could attract more customers with a hot, made-to-order breakfast, and the restaurant would gain more paying customers.

Excellent place to meet our needs for an overnight transfer in the area. Desk held our reservation for later arrival, no problem. Kind front desk staff. Clean and quiet accommodation with ample parking, so felt secure. Very close to all things to do/see in nearby attractions. Free parking. Quiet/nice neighborhood.

The bed was uncountable, with noticeable indents and uncomfortable springs. Horrible clanking noises coming from inside the walls occurring 24/7.
