The location was perfect, with so many AMAZING restaurants just a stone's throw away. my stay was absolutely jaw-dropping and I can't wait to come back!

The hotel is in a perfect area, close to all attractions and just a short drive to downtown. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a 70's motel vibe. The shower is nice and the water pressure is good. There is ample free parking and the customer service is very good.

I must say, the Portofino Inn exceeded my expectations for the price. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Additionally, the inn's location was convenient, with restaurants within walking distance and a safe atmosphere.

The only recommendation I have for the breakfast menu is to strike up a deal with the on-site restaurant, Frank's, to offer a discount or free breakfast for guests. This would be a win-win situation, as guests would have access to a better breakfast option, the inn could attract more customers with a hot, made-to-order breakfast, and the restaurant would gain more paying customers.

The bed was uncountable, with noticeable indents and uncomfortable springs. Horrible clanking noises coming from inside the walls occurring 24/7.
