The noise from neighboring rooms, especially the spa tubs, was quite disruptive late at night. the lighting in the spa tub area could be improved for a more romantic ambiance.

I keep returning for the cozy rooms, peaceful surroundings, and helpful staff. My first stay, they even shared a local food delivery number. With amenities like free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, beach access, and no smoking, it's ideal for my business trips.

The views over the ski slopes from the hotel were absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the sight of the majestic mountains and the glistening snow was truly invigorating. The staff's warm welcome and helpful tips for exploring the area added a personal touch to my stay. The spacious en suite bathroom with granite countertops and complimentary toiletries made for a luxurious experience.

The air conditioning was not functioning properly, making the room uncomfortably hot and stuffy.

The location to the Casinos was unbeatable. Staff was so friendly and welcoming. I would DEFINITELY come back! the rooms are even better than the photos show.

The tub was great as well, with no issues and everything fully functional. We were pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained everything was in the room. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Additionally, the hotel was just a short walk away from the lake, offering the chance to enjoy stunning sunsets.

The carpeting in the hotel, especially in the hallways, was old and worn, in need of replacement. This gave off a somewhat negative first impression, but luckily, the room itself was in great condition.
