Ms. Jade's exceptional service made my stay extra special, accommodating my request for a first-floor room. the hotel's cozy size provided a more intimate atmosphere. the room and facilities were impeccably clean, with a spacious refrigerator, refreshing shower, and ideal water pressure.

I loved the quiet and safe location of the hotel. The room was clean and the shower was great. I appreciated the option to have "needs housekeeping" or "do not disturb" on the door card. The couple who run the hotel is sweet and respectful, they even upgraded my veteran father's room at no extra cost. Overall I recommend this hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was great! The location was perfect, close to everything and not too far from Ft. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was also very clean and well-maintained. The friendly staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay. The breakfast was basic, but had everything we needed to start our day right. The flat screen TV offered an extensive selection of channels. We also appreciated the kitchenette and the kitchen utensils provided in the room.

The lack of elevator for those with disabilities.

This hotel is a real bargain with its reasonable prices and great value for money. The location is spot on, being close to everything we needed and not too far from Ft. We were impressed by the basic amenities and services provided, including helpful staff and clean rooms with kitchens that have a larger size refrigerator and double beds. Breakfast was also quite good with plenty of options.
