I've stayed here multiple times, it's a great little spot, with friendly staff, in a quiet yet centrally located part of town. Highly recommended. Was able to do a late checkout and enjoy the beach on my last day. IMO if you are coming to Miami Beach this is the part of town to stay at and this hotel is the best value in the area.

I recently stayed at this amazing hotel and I couldn't have been more pleased. The staff here goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is exceptional. Rachel, the hotel manager, was incredibly sweet and always made sure we were well taken care of. The front desk attendant, Raul, provided us with spot-on recommendations that perfectly suited our interests. The personalized service at this boutique-like hotel is top-notch, and everything is done with efficiency and speed. I also loved the rooftop pool, which is open 24/7, and they even provide beach towels if you want to hit the beach. The room itself was beautifully appointed, even better than the online pictures. I felt safe and clean throughout my entire stay.

I would highly recommend this place to any family looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The staff were accommodating and the room was clean. The location was close to bars, restaurants, and the beach. The maid service was excellent and provided plenty of towels. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The hotel had a nice touch with infused water in the lobby and fresh coffee in the morning.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, with well-appointed and clean rooms. The large balcony and corner room provided great views of the city. The location was central, with easy access to many restaurants and South Beach. The staff provided excellent customer service, making our stay welcoming and comfortable.

I absolutely loved the spacious room at Prime Hotel Miami, with its beautiful furniture and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The balcony overlooking the city was a great touch too. Even better, the location of the hotel was perfect, with plenty of attractions within walking distance. Despite being on a busy street, the noise level was surprisingly low.

One minor drawback was the difficulty in finding the main entrance, as we had to go through what seemed like a restaurant on the main floor. There was also a faint unpleasant smell upon entering.

I can’t say enough good things about my stay at Prime Hotel. After a horrible Airbnb experience, I was so lucky to find this place last minute. The staff was beyond amazing. Raul was an absolute joy and helped with anything I needed. My room was absolutely perfect. It was clean and so quiet. Exactly what I was looking for. The balcony was so nice to have. It was great to be able to open the doors for a fresh breeze and it was perfect for people watching. The rooftop pool was so fun. I had it to myself every time I went up there. The location was excellent, just one block from the ocean. I felt very safe where the hotel is located. Thank you Prime Hotel for such a relaxing and fun time!

The location of the hotel was ideal, within walking distance of many attractions and not too noisy. the staff provided excellent customer service and went out of their way to address any issues that arose. Additionally, the comfortable bed and quality linens made for a pleasant stay.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that were disappointing. the elevator was out of service and we were not informed about this beforehand.

The staff exceeds expectations, personalized service, rooftop pool open 24/7, beautiful rooms, safe and clean environment.

This place is amazing! It's located in a quiet area yet close to the beach, which is perfect. I was impressed by the service, especially the room service, housekeeping, and laundry. Guests are welcomed with a refreshing drink and given advice on tours/tickets. The amenities in the rooms such as the heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, mini-fridge, safe, dining table and patio were perfect and made my stay very comfortable. The staff was very helpful, and the leisure and rooftop pools were fantastic! The outdoor dining area was lovely.

I highly recommend this hotel to my family.
