The room was spacious with a beautiful view, and the large balcony provided a lovely spot to relax. The full kitchen was well-stocked, making meal prep easy. Both bathrooms were roomy and had plenty of towels and toiletries available. Temperature control worked perfectly. cleanliness was an issue; the sheets had sand, and the kitchen dishes needed a thorough wash. Though the hot tubs had debris, the pools were well-maintained. Some staff were friendly and helpful, but a check-in experience was less than welcoming. the room comfort was great, despite a few cleanliness challenges.

Amazing location, amazing amenities with a fantastic breakfast buffet that fueled our days and spacious rooms that offered a comfortable retreat after exploring.

The food options didn't impress, and the restaurant's service felt off. Little details, like mismatched kitchen furniture and a wobbly toilet, dampened the experience. Despite some issues, we appreciated the location and the overall value. We’ll definitely return, hoping for a few improvements!

The suites are spacious and come with great ocean views, perfect for chilling on the balcony. Breakfast was solid, and the service from Serga was top-notch.

Nice size room with kitchen and a great beach view. Good internet for streaming and working. AC worked well. Laundry staff were super efficient. Lots of towels available. Rooftop area was under painting. Hot tub was crowded with kids. Cafe on property was convenient. Room was spacious and family-friendly.

It was just a fine choice for a two-day stay in Myrtle Beach with value for price. Very clean and spacious room.

Our check-in was a disaster; we had to wait almost an hour past the scheduled time, and when we finally got to our room, it was dirty with bugs and a fridge that barely worked. Total letdown!

Great location. Amazing views. We booked two side-by-side 2-bedroom units for 8 adults and 3 toddlers. The oceanfront corner room was perfect for sunrise views. The staff stood out, particularly at check-in. Early arrival? No problem; they put us on the waiting list. there were notable issues. Beds were uncomfortable, and we faced repeated water outages. The fridge was outdated and ineffective. Only two ice machines for 19 floors? The pool configuration required an inconvenient walk for heated water. Respectfully, a sales pitch upon check-in was unwelcome. And charging $50 for a late check-out after an $857 stay? Unreasonable. Room for improvement, but still worth a return visit.

Perfectly positioned for beach access and local attractions

Staying here was a pleasure as I could easily walk to the beach, which is directly across the street, and explore nearby attractions like Cherry Grove Pier and various restaurants within minutes, including the delicious Boardwalk Beach Cafe just a few steps away; I also enjoyed relaxing in spacious, clean rooms that offered stunning ocean views. the hotel could improve on certain amenities, as we encountered some issues with the elevators being slow and maintenance needs in our room.

The oceanfront view was amazing, truly a highlight of our stay.
