The value for money at this hotel was great, very close to everything and the prices were incredibly good. The location was perfect, right in downtown which has totally turned to drugs, near restaurants, the river, and various attractions. The staff was nice and very friendly, and the basic amenities in the rooms were very clean and very comfy.

The only downside was that the air conditioning did not work at all and blew out hot air only.

Convenient location near restaurants and attractions. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds and quiet atmosphere. Karaoke night added to the fun. Only one elevator working during a busy convention.

My husband and I recently stayed at Doubletree By Hilton in Huntington for three nights. We were in town to visit family and attend a wedding. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, with no delays. We were lucky to find a spot in the limited free parking, and valet parking was available for a small fee. The bar staff were amazing, serving as both bartender, cook, and server. Despite being short-staffed, they provided excellent service and delivered our meals promptly. The pool area was beautiful and clean, although some updates and cleaning around the pool would be nice. The rooms and public spaces were also well-maintained and visually appealing. it was a comfortable stay in a great location.

I had a fantastic stay here. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and they accommodated my every need. The Valet Parking service was a really nice touch, and the breakfast they serve in the restaurant each morning was wonderful. Not to mention the comfortable beds. I will definitely stay here again!

parking was quite difficult to find, unless you were willing to pay for it. This was an unexpected additional cost that was not mentioned beforehand.

The downtown location was perfect for exploring the city, dining at local restaurants, and enjoying the nearby river.

Our romantic escape was amazing! The hotel was a great value for what it offered. We especially loved the complimentary breakfast and the friendly staff. The location was perfect, with plenty of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Plus, we were close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. And the view from our room was breathtaking! We'll be back.

There were some negatives to our stay. While the room was comfortable, the hallways were in need of some updating.
