He went above and beyond to provide recommendations and ensure that I had a memorable stay. The hotel also offered a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. The only slight downside was the occasional wait at the reception, but the attentive and friendly staff made up for this small inconvenience. I highly recommend the Zurich Marriott Hotel for its great location, excellent staff, and comfortable accommodations.

I had a wonderful stay in an impressive hotel located in a quiet area near the main train station. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. the staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure that my family and I had a wonderful experience. When I accidentally booked a double bed room, they immediately provided us with a replacement room without any hassle. when I requested a vacuum cleaner to seal our vacuum bag, it was delivered to our room promptly. the location of the hotel is also ideal, with easy access to both the central station and the Old Town. We particularly enjoyed the M lounge, which provided a perfect place to relax and enjoy drinks and snacks after a long day of exploring Zurich.

Our room was located above the reception area and there was a wedding taking place on a Saturday night. the loud music and booming bass went on until 1 am, and even after calling down to request the volume to be turned down, it took another 15 minutes for the noise to stop.
