Oi, had a proper nice time! The staff were top-notch, especially Markus with his big smile, and breakfast was a real treat. Only drawback? The room was a bit noisy for me at times. But overall, I’d give it a solid thumbs up!

The service was remarkable, especially from the staff at the

front desk who went above and beyond to make my stay special. I really appreciated the gift of chocolates on my birthday. However, the dining experience at the European restaurant left much to be desired, with slow service and lukewarm food.

It was just a solid selection for short visits in Zurich with fantastic value for money. One night, the staff took three tries to get my keys right, which was frustrating, but they were friendly throughout. Make sure to check the M lounge for filtered water if you're looking to fill up your bottle.

Utilize the M Club Lounge for excellent complimentary snacks and drinks. it greatly enhances your stay experience without extra costs.

Location is spot on, just a short walk to the Old Town. Had a lekker brekkie with an omelette station—man, that was good! Chommies at reception were super friendly, always ready to help out.

Our stay was pleasant overall. The staff was welcoming, and the concierge made our trip smoother by storing our luggage for a few days. The M Club Lounge was a highlight, offering complimentary snacks and drinks, while the Thai restaurant was superb.

Unfortunately, I faced a few hiccups. my original check-in was delayed. Additionally, the room had some minor issues like a creaky bathroom door, and I felt the billing process could've been clearer, which added a bit of frustration.

Service was top-notch, but the room felt cramped for the price. Also, pricing for simple things like a spoon is a bit much. Location is pretty sweet, though!

The views around the area were fantastic, especially our walk to the Old Town. The newly renovated room was spacious and cozy for our family, including the grand kids. Exploring the nearby soccer stadium got all the youngsters excited!

My wife says that the reception staff could have been friendlier.

Duuude, this place is, like, super chill! The room was cozy, and I was stoked they had those disposable slippers—so rare in Europe! The staff were just, like, the friendliest ever, making me feel totally at home. And yo, that cafe in the second building had a vibe I wished I could've checked out more!

The views from my corner room were just stunning, and the brekkie spread each morning was top-notch! Lila and Jessica were absolute legends, sorting us out with a fab junior suite after a hiccup. Plus, James and Zora really made us feel at home, always ready to skinner about Switzerland!

Bit of a mix-up with a missing blanket, which was a bit annoying, but overall, it didn’t ruin the vibe.

So I took some time to chill in this hotel. The M club was fantastic, free breakfast and snacks every day, can't beat that! ! Also, the new North wing room was super clean and modern, just what we needed. Loved the long sky walk too, kinda cool and unique experience walking around! My wife mentioned the view was amazing from our room, just top-notch!

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but for what we got, it was still acceptable.
