Great location and awesome staff

The location is super convenient, really close to the zoo, which was a big win for us. The breakfast was hot and tasty, a nice touch during these times. The front desk crew was super friendly and made us feel welcomed. Just wish the rooms were a bit cleaner and didn’t smell like smoke.

My recent stay at Surestay Plus Hotel was fantastic. I was in town for a fun-filled weekend getaway. the hotel staff were remarkably friendly and accommodating. the room renovations, especially removing the carpets, were a refreshing touch. the breakfast selection was impressive with a variety of delicious options to choose from. the central location made it convenient to access nearby attractions, shopping, and dining spots. Overall, a clean room, helpful staff, and a decent breakfast made my stay enjoyable.

The rooms had laminated floor, which is fantastic for my asthma and dog. They are clean, pretty big, and comfy. Breakfast included hot foods like eggs, waffles, sausage, and biscuits with gravy. Bringing the complimentary breakfast back to your room was super good.

We enjoyed the continental breakfast at Surestay Plus Hotel By Best Western, especially the waffle maker! the water pressure in the shower was great too. However, the room had some cleanliness issues, and the mattress was uncomfortable. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

It was surprisingly quiet, shielded from any traffic noise, providing a peaceful stay. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and offering assistance whenever needed. the decent continental breakfast was a nice touch, adding convenience to our mornings.

baseboards falling off, broken outlet, mold in the bathroom, and a lingering smell of stale cigarette smoke. the noisy metal around the box spring and lack of maintenance made for an unpleasant stay.

Surestay Plus Hotel By Best Western impressed me. Renovated rooms without carpet made a difference. the breakfast selection including eggs, sausage, and more was fantastic. Spacious, comfortable room with exceptional bed. Friendly check-in experience.
