Friendly staff, excellent housekeeping, accommodating to special requests – a lovely stay.

Plus, the location had plenty of parking for our softball tournament, and my room near the pool was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a nice respite after a long day.

The musty smell in the room was tough to handle, and the uncomfortable bed didn’t help much. But the location close to Morongo was a real bonus, chur!

The location was fantastic, just a hop from Morongo, making it perfect for our plans. The friendly staff, especially at the front desk, really brightened our stay.

The room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. So nice to have free toiletries and a hairdryer. Loved the outdoor swimming pool after a long day. Friendly staff made things easy, and the microwave in the room was super handy. Overall, it worked for us!

Elevator access would be appreciated!!! It’s frustrating to carry bags upstairs!!! The noise from traffic and trains is unbearable!!! An ant infestation was concerning during our stay!!! The bathroom amenities need serious upgrading!!!

The location is fantastic, very close to Morongo Casino and other amenities. The staff is friendly and responsive, making our stay enjoyable. Rooms are clean and well-equipped with microwaves and fridges, which is very convenient for us.

We found it frustrating that there was no elevator to access our room easily.

The front desk staff were legends! They went out of their way to help me, even sorted me out with extra towels without a fuss. The swimming pool was a lekker spot to chill after a long day, just what I needed. And having a microwave in the room was so handy for late-night snacks!

But, ag man, the place could do with a bit of a clean-up here and there, especially in the bathroom area.

Arrived late, but the staff was right sound and sorted us with a discount when the telly didn’t work. The breakfast was handy with waffles and bits. Just a shame about the ants crawling about, but still, had a decent stay.

Convenient location next to the outlet, fast food restaurants, right off the interstate. The cold breakfast included cold cereal and pastries, and they had some hot options like waffles.

The accessible room had a peculiar smell, too much cleaning product, and no towels initially. While some staff were friendly, the communication about laundry facilities was unclear, leading to frustration. The microwave in the room needed proper cleaning, and the general upkeep could use improvement, making it hard to enjoy the stay fully.
