The bed was really comfortable and the recently updated decor was nice. the location was great, with plenty of places to eat within walking distance.

The rooms and bathrooms were quite small and dark, not like what was shown in the online photos. the lack of outlets in the bathroom made it difficult for two people to get ready at the same time.

The location was great, with several restaurants within walking distance, including Cracker Barrel, Wendy's, and Waffle House. The staff, especially Ms. Mary at the front desk, were friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I visit.

Lastly, the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

We stayed at Quality Inn for an overnight stop on our way from Nashville to Destin. The location was perfect and the room and bathroom were clean. The breakfast was great with lots of variety and the staff, especially Ms. Mary at the front desk, was fantastic. Despite a broken bathroom mirror, she offered to give us a new room. The lobby remodel was tastefully done and there were no issues with construction noise. a satisfying stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our stay at Quality Inn was just an overnight stop on our way from Nashville, TN to Destin, FL. Despite some ongoing construction in the halls, which should be finished soon, the rooms themselves were quite adequate for our needs. The location was also convenient, as we were able to walk to Ruby Tuesday for dinner. It's worth noting that the restaurant has a liquor license, so it's not in a dry county. Additionally, the breakfast buffet offered a surprisingly good selection with both hot and cold options. The coffee was tasty, and they even provided real creamer instead of the powdered kind. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. I must mention that Ms. Mary at the front desk and in the dining area was absolutely awesome. She really made our stay enjoyable and memorable.

We had a great stay at Quality Inn in Prattville. The room was clean and comfortable, making us feel right at home. The shower was hot and refreshing, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast had a decent selection, including fresh fruit. The only downside was that the walls and ceilings were a bit thin, so noise from other guests was noticeable. However, the rooms had AC units that helped to muffle the noise. we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.
