The hotel has incredibly helpful and friendly staff, including Tanha and Fahmida at the reception who made our check-in and check-out process smooth. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to transportation. The free room upgrades were a pleasant surprise, and we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast offered. The hotel also offers great promotions and discounts that add value to the stay.

Located near the commercial area of Gulshan, Uttara, this hotel offers a convenient location for travelers. The hotel boasts multiple restaurants, providing guests with a variety of cuisine options. Guests have praised the breakfast buffet, where Munni serves a delicious omelette. The clean and well-maintained rooms ensure a comfortable stay, complemented by friendly and helpful staff. The gym and pool facilities are an added bonus.

The bathrooms were not as clean as expected, with dated and dirty tubs.

Upgraded for free, very satisfied customer, will definitely stay again. Wi-fi, on-site car park, 24-hour reception, 24-hour room service, and bar/lounge area available.

The breakfast was delicious and free complementary coffee was a perfect start to the day. The hotel's convenient location was perfect for exploring the city. The staff was always friendly and quick to help.

The gym facilities need some improvement and maintenance. The room lighting was poor, and the bed was too hard.

The private facilities were exclusive and well-designed, perfect for a relaxing stay. The restaurant offered special diet menus that catered to my needs, and the bar/lounge area was the perfect spot for a drink. The service was impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to fulfill my exclusive amenities needs.

The only issue I encountered was with the bed. While it was comfortable, it was a bit too hard, which made it difficult to get a sound sleep.

When my Uber was not coming, Mr Rabbi arranged a free car for me. The location was excellent, in the best part of the city. The clean and quiet room, along with the complimentary upgrade, made for a very pleasant stay. The European breakfast was appreciated. The staff made my 4-star experience feel like a 5-star one. I also enjoyed the free access to the swimming pool and gym facilities.
