Great rooms and nice staff

Super comfy beds and a really awesome shower! The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The casino was a good size, too. Only bummer was the parking situation — had to walk a bit to get to the room. nice place for a fun getaway with the family!

I always return because it has all I need. Free parking, 24-hour reception, outdoor pool, AC, fitness center. Plus, they guided me to great delivery options during my first stay. Coming back for my next trip!

The room at Margaritaville Resort Casino offered an amazing view of the river and surrounding buildings. the spacious bath and incredible water pressure in the shower left me feeling refreshed. Dining options were plentiful, especially the 24-hour bistro. Safety was a priority, and the staff was attentive and knowledgeable, ensuring a clean facility.

One room had a slight smoking smell.

Our room at Margaritaville exceeded our expectations with a great view of the river and comfortable bed. The casino had good food and was conveniently located near the boardwalk. I recommend this hotel.

I stayed here for a few nights and had a great time. The bathroom was amazing with wonderful water pressure. The bedding was soft and the pillows were the best I've ever seen in a hotel. The room was clean and beautiful. The coffee shop was great and I highly recommend trying their smoothies. The pizza was delicious, just ask for less cheese. The small casino was fun and the location right next to the boardwalk was convenient for shopping. I also enjoyed sitting on the outside patio veranda, overlooking the river, while enjoying a late-night coffee.

This place is conveniently located on the boardwalk, close to many shops and shows. The service is amazing, from the friendly cocktail staff to the easy check-in and check-out process. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities like air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The on-site restaurant and bar/lounge area were great for grabbing a quick bite or a relaxing drink. The staff, including the maids, were very attentive.

Our stay was fantastic! The hotel is in an amazing location on the boardwalk, near the outlet mall with plenty of good restaurants. The room was lovely and clean, with a breathtaking view of the river. The bathroom was perfect, with everything we needed, and the staff was very welcoming and courteous. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options. We also enjoyed the casino and restaurant facilities, along with the excellent room service. We'll definitely come back!

On occasion, the casino can be quite noisy, disrupting the relaxing atmosphere.

The staff was courteous and helpful. They gave us free breakfast and some restaurant vouchers. the location was perfect, situated right in the heart of the city and very close to the river. the decor was very nice and gave us a cozy feeling. They had free high-speed WiFi which was a great advantage!

Our stay wasn't worth what we paid for. the room wasn't clean, there was someone else's hair in the shower and the sheets were dirty.

Clean property with comfortable beds, great river views, and friendly maid staff. Convenient location near Louisiana Boardwalk and a bar. Would recommend to others.
