The pool desperately needs cleaning, leaves an uninviting impression!!! Room cleanliness could improve, especially around baseboards and floor. The broken locks and outdated bathroom fittings add to the feeling of neglect!!!

The staff were friendly and accommodating, helping us feel welcomed right away. The indoor hot tub was a perfect retreat after a long day, and the beds were comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep.

Unfortunately, the indoor pool was not heated as advertised, making it chilly for the kids. We also found some cleanliness issues in our room, including a musty smell and a broken ironing board, which impacted our overall experience.

breakfast was frankly a disaster, with the same warmed up eggs and hard biscuits, and I couldn’t help but notice my bathroom had a big wood spider. I think it’s outrageous that there was no room upgrade or complimentary gesture for such inconveniences. Almost gave it a decent review, but just couldn’t, honestly.
