The beds were comfy, and the rooms were clean. the addition of a microwave and fridge in the room was convenient. the hotel's location was easy to find and accessible, making it a good base for exploring the city during my trip.

The breakfast options were below par, with only microwaveable sandwiches available. the lack of functioning amenities like the juice machine, ice machine, and hot tub water temperature was disappointing.

We stopped at Surestay for a quick night's sleep during our cross-country road trip. the convenient location right off the interstate was perfect after a long day of driving. the room was spotless, and the beds were comfy. the well-maintained pool area was a nice bonus, and the hot breakfast hit the spot. The friendly front desk staff added a personal touch to our stay. Cons: 100% recommend this hotel.

At my first stay, the staff kindly helped my elderly parents. the place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, free parking, 24-hour reception, and an indoor pool. I always return, and next time will be for Easter.
