The Ocean View Villa with a private pool was absolutely fantastic! The spacious and comfortable room offered breathtaking views of the ocean. We couldn't get enough of the beautiful scenery. The villa provided total privacy, making our stay incredibly relaxing. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we had a wonderful time at Hilton. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable vacation experience.

The surrounding areas were not as kept up as we would have liked, with sweeping of fallen leaves early in the morning disrupting our sleep. there was not much to do around the hotel other than enjoying the beach and hotel amenities.

The facilities and amenities at the resort were fantastic. The infinity pool villa was spacious and had all the necessary facilities. The staff, especially Susie from housekeeping, were helpful and friendly. The attention to guest satisfaction was impressive. The food at the hotel outlets was delicious. The location was convenient, with popular beach spots and restaurants just a short drive away. the hospitality and experience at the resort were superb.

The spacious rooms are stylishly furnished and the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, with chefs offering live stations for personalized meals. Guests can also enjoy free access to snorkel gear and stand-up paddle boats, providing an opportunity to explore the vibrant coral farm and the abundant marine life in front of the hotel.

The evening buffet had some issues with cleanliness, with flies buzzing around the fruit, which affected the overall dining experience.

The hotel offers luxurious amenities such as a stunning outdoor swimming pool, a relaxing spa centre, and exclusive beach access. the room advantages include a private sun terrace and sun loungers with a beautiful garden area view. the restaurant served delicious meals with special diet menus provided and a bar/lounge area with outdoor dining. the location advantages were outstanding, with access to snorkeling equipment for free, good snorkeling spots with great fish, and beautiful views of the ocean and sunset.

The only slight issue I encountered was with the drink prices being quite expensive in the bar area, but this can be expected at a 5-star venue. the service, however, was impeccable, with friendly and helpful staff always on hand to assist.
