Had a pleasant stay as the room was clean and spacious, with a spotless bathroom and good water pressure. the inside pool was a nice addition, allowing for a relaxing swim from 6 am to 10 pm. the complimentary breakfast was satisfactory, including waffles, pancakes, yogurt, and fruit, along with a variety of toppings.

The hotel fell short in some areas. the hallway and room had strong odors of cigarettes, paint, and mold.

Great value for the money, fantastic rooms, excellent location, and surpassing staff service at the hotel. Cons: the hotel breakfast menu could benefit from more variety.

The pancake machine is a hit! Rooms clean & modern, close to outdoor fun. Friends-friendly spot for nights out. Cons: Felt really like home, nothing too much trouble.

Our group of 11 French bikers embarked on a 4800km journey through the USA, staying at Quality Inn in Metropolis. the hotel was immaculately clean with a pleasant smell throughout. the rooms were modern, comfortable, and equipped with a refrigerator and microwave. the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, making our stay hassle-free. the location was safe, check-in/out was smooth, and the value for money was excellent. We especially appreciated the fluffy pillows, comfortable beds, and convenient parking. Cons: Totally recommend this hotel.

Walking down the hallway to our room, it smelled fresh and clean, not a hint of smoke or mustiness. Opening the door, we were greeted by a pleasant, neutral scent. the room was spacious, tidy, and inviting, with modern furnishings and a comfortable bed. the bathroom was spotless, and the shower had excellent water pressure. Despite a minor hiccup with the electronic key card, our overall experience at Quality Inn was top-notch. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

I always return due to exceptional service. Staff guided me to favorable exchange rates. Ideal amenities: Wi-Fi, free parking, 24-hour reception, indoor saltwater pool. All I need: business center, air conditioning, no smoking. Returning soon for business.
