This hotel is well located with plenty of parking, but only a few positive aspects could be mentioned. Although the staff was friendly, they lacked the knowledge of billing procedures. There was a good variety of breakfast items available, but the AC in the room was below adequate and sometimes hot during the night.

Our stay at Holiday Inn Express was fantastic. The breakfast was beyond our expectations, with a great variety of options including delicious bacon. The room had beautiful lighting and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient and only a short drive from Deep Eddy for a tour. we had a tremendous stay and will definitely be returning.
