The friendly staff, Preston, Cynthia, Leo, and Ashley at the front desk, made us feel welcome and were always ready to assist us with any questions or needs. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a modern bathroom and excellent service. The breakfast provided was fantastic, especially the delicious eggs! We also enjoyed the well-maintained pool, which was a great bonus for our little getaway.

Wonderful staff, accommodating, loved the cookies. Breakfast had waffles, hot & cold cereal, fruit, yogurt. Coffee had robust flavor. Comfortable beds, could use more pillows. Pool stays open late. Okay sofa bed. Uncomfortable pillows and blanket. AC needed extra comforters in hot, humid night.

I also enjoyed the indoor heated pool and jacuzzi. the hotel facilities were top-notch, and the location was convenient for my needs.

I also enjoyed the warm welcoming atmosphere of the fireplace in the lobby. my stay was pleasant and met my needs for a comfortable accommodation.

Some noise from children running up and down the hall, which affected the peacefulness of the stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic as it was close to many restaurants and easily accessible to the mall and highway. the staff were extremely friendly throughout my entire stay. I especially appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby and the delicious breakfast. the young lady working in the breakfast area was very friendly and kept everything clean and organized. She really made it a memorable experience.
