Clean room but staff communication needs improvement.

i had a lovely stay at quality inn. the double room was super clean, and the staff at the front desk were really attentive. it’s conveniently located near restaurants, and the laundry on site was a lifesaver during my 10-night stay. also, i enjoyed the exercise room with great cardio equipment.

the breakfast could use more variety.

Unfortunately, we encountered a strange smell in the room upon arrival that took a while to dissipate. Also, some minor maintenance issues popped up, which made it hard to relax completely.

I stayed for 4 nights in a modern, very clean room. It was in a good location for my work and allowed me to enjoy a quiet atmosphere. Breakfast options were plentiful and tasty. Daily room service provided convenience for my busy schedule. Fast WiFi was an unexpected bonus.

My stay was marred by disappointing breakfast options. The limited selections felt very basic, lacking even simple items like eggs. Additionally, the location was less than ideal, surrounded by vacant lots and a noisy freeway. It made for a rather unappealing environment, hindering my overall experience.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel as a large family gathering and appreciated the decent breakfast options available. The location made it easy for us to explore nearby attractions and spend quality time with friends.

For dads, it would be great if the gym had working equipment.

The staff were incredible and the lobby looked amazing! My rooms were spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I felt safe with the cameras in the parking lot.

I stayed in a Standard King Room and it was modern and very clean. The room was quiet and comfortable, which was great for my work trip. They had a nice breakfast spread too! Only downside was wanting more variety in the breakfast, but overall, I felt it was a good value for the price. The location was convenient for access to downtown Plano. The fast Wi-Fi was a bonus for me.

Great fast Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception made my stay easy. Parking was convenient. Water cut off before checkout.
