Our family of five stayed here for one night while passing through Tucson, and our experience was quite mixed. The kids were really excited about the pool, but I felt uneasy about the area, especially walking back to our room at night when we saw some homeless individuals nearby. What really stood out was the breakfast situation. unfortunately, the service was quite off-putting and led to a distressing experience for us. It’s a shame because the staff were generally accommodating, and the room itself was comfortable enough for our needs.

Wow, the brekkie here was a highlight! The choices were solid, and I had a killer sourdough sandwich with bacon and peanut butter—never thought I’d like that combo but it was jol! The staff were proper chommies, making sure we were sorted and had a good laugh with the menu names.

The area felt a bit rough around the edges, not the best for night strolls—definitely would have preferred something livelier nearby.
