Disliked the Limited Breakfast and Misleading Advertisement

The breakfast options were good with enough variety to choose from. The room was clean upon arrival and the check-in process was easy and pleasant.

The staff were not friendly and seemed bothered when we asked for information about the area. The pool area had some safety concerns, with broken tiles and mildew in certain spots.

The room had a comfortable king bed with a work desk, fridge, microwave, TV, coffee maker. The bathroom had ample workspace and soft towels. Breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold options. The location was convenient near attractions and the interstate.

We felt welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were great, including a pool and picnic area. The location was convenient and close to everything we wanted to do. this was the best deal we found in this city.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really appreciated the fact that they offered a continental breakfast. It was a great way to start the day with some scrambled eggs, sausage, muffins, bagels, and pastries. The shower in the room was also a standout feature. It was nice to have a strong water pressure and a refreshing shower experience. Additionally, I loved the location of the hotel. It was easily accessible from I-90 and conveniently close to downtown Dells, making it easy to explore the area.

There were a couple of aspects that I didn't particularly enjoy. the lack of an in-room coffee maker was a disappointment for a coffee lover like me.
