I had an incredible stay at Fairfield Inn, Spokane Valley. The moment I walked in, I immediately felt welcomed by the friendly staff and the beautiful exterior. The check-in process was efficient thanks to the attentive and accommodating Stacie. Although my room wasn't ready, I enjoyed a relaxing break in the lobby with a cup of coffee. When I finally entered my room, I was blown away by how immaculate and well-appointed it was. The updated and spacious room provided the perfect level of comfort. The staff I encountered in the hallways were also very friendly. One of the highlights of my stay was when Jackie, my housekeeper, left a thoughtful gift and handwritten note to thank me. It truly touched my heart. Throughout the week, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable - from the cookies and milk in the lobby, to the happy hour in the lounge. The breakfast options were plenty, although I personally only indulged in the delicious coffee. Despite being fully booked, my room was quiet, and the bed and shower provided the utmost comfort. This hotel truly felt like a warm hug. I can't thank the fabulous staff enough for their exceptional service. I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to return.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I checked in to the moment I left, everything was amazing. The lobby and common areas were fantastic, and the grounds were meticulously maintained. The room itself was impressive, with a comfortable bed, a modern kitchenette, and immaculate bathrooms. The hotel also had a top-notch fitness center, equipped with newer machines and plenty of weights. The breakfast selection was abundant and well-prepared, offering fresh and high-quality options daily. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the freeway, shops, and restaurants. this hotel provided great value for the price and I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast offered was amazing, with plenty of options including fresh fruit, eggs, and sausage. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even allowing for a late check-out request. I was highly impressed with the cleanliness, facilities, and location of this hotel.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with two queen beds that were perfect for a good night's sleep. I also loved the convenience of having a fridge and microwave in the room. The highlight for me was the fantastic breakfast each morning. The made-to-order eggs and hash browns were a delightful touch, along with the buffet spread of fruit, waffles, yogurt. Additionally, the hotel had a pool, hot tub, and pool tables.

This hotel offers great value for money and I was pleasantly surprised by the prices. The attention to detail in the rooms was evident, with modern decor and a spacious layout. I especially appreciated the kitchenette area, which was a great addition for longer stays. The location of the hotel was ideal, situated near the mall and many restaurants. Plus, the central courtyard and patio with seating, putting green, and fountain added a nice touch to the overall ambiance.
