I had an incredible stay at Fairfield Inn, Spokane Valley. The moment I walked in, I immediately felt welcomed by the friendly staff and the beautiful exterior. The check-in process was efficient thanks to the attentive and accommodating Stacie. Although my room wasn't ready, I enjoyed a relaxing break in the lobby with a cup of coffee. When I finally entered my room, I was blown away by how immaculate and well-appointed it was. The updated and spacious room provided the perfect level of comfort. The staff I encountered in the hallways were also very friendly. One of the highlights of my stay was when Jackie, my housekeeper, left a thoughtful gift and handwritten note to thank me. It truly touched my heart. Throughout the week, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable - from the cookies and milk in the lobby, to the happy hour in the lounge. The breakfast options were plenty, although I personally only indulged in the delicious coffee. Despite being fully booked, my room was quiet, and the bed and shower provided the utmost comfort. This hotel truly felt like a warm hug. I can't thank the fabulous staff enough for their exceptional service. I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to return.

The room was large and well appointed with a good shower, great water pressure, and nice toiletries. The bed was comfortable and the window allowed for plenty of natural light. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast spread was delicious with coffee always available in the lobby. The location was convenient for our family reunion in Hayden, Idaho.

This hotel exceeded my expectations for the price. The staff was friendly and attentive to all details, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location was fantastic- close to everything I needed, but still quiet enough for a peaceful sleep. I loved having a refrigerator and microwave in the room, plus the comfortable king bed and couch made for a cozy stay. The breakfast was excellent, especially the eggs cooked to order by the friendly staff member at 5.45 am.

Room on the ground floor, spacious and comfortable with great own entrance. Adequate breakfast with egg, sausage, hash browns, bakery items, cereal. Well supplied breakfast bar with coffee, yogurt, different breads, waffles, cereals. Gym and pool available with plenty of fluffy pillows, clean bed, towels, and toiletries in the bathroom. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, would refer friends and stay again if needed in future.

The location was perfect for our needs, close to everything we needed and not far from the airport. The room was super clean and everything looked new and bright, with a huge space. The staff was polite and helpful, providing extra pillows and blankets upon request. The breakfast room was nice and ran until 10am, with a lot of options to choose from.
