The price was reasonable for basic accommodations. The counter clerks were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Appreciated the microwave for tea. Whimsical folding of washcloths brought a smile. Good soundproofing.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with the rooms being very clean and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the breakfast area which had a great selection of food. The staff were amazing, always friendly and helpful. We were traveling with young children and they were very accommodating, even when the kids were noisy. The location was perfect, right off I-44 and close to all the activities we had planned. We had easy access to everything we wanted to see and do in this city.

She was also very generous and went out of her way to help me. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, location, and staff made my stay here truly enjoyable.

Our stay at Quality Suites was definitely worth the money. The spacious room comfortably accommodated our family of 5, and despite a slightly stale smell, the beds were comfortable and the AC worked perfectly. The staff treated us with exceptional service and were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was convenient and the inviting pool was a hit with the kids.

The carpeted areas were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast area had a good selection of food and was open from 6:45 am. The rooms had comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Additionally, the hotel offered a laundry facility for guests to use.

My hair dryer stopped working late at night, but when I called the front desk, they quickly brought me a brand new one. They even made sure it had never been used before by leaving the screw still attached. Thanks to their quick response, I was able to dry my hair and be ready for my important meeting the next morning. I was really impressed with their dedication to ensuring my comfort and satisfaction. I had a positive experience at this hotel and would consider staying here again in the future.
