The staff were extremely friendly and approachable, always willing to help. the executive lounge access for suite guests was a great perk, offering a delicious breakfast. the location was fantastic, within walking distance to many iconic attractions, and the hotel itself had a lovely sun terrace and outstanding pool.

There were a few things that could be improved upon. the service in the restaurant was a bit slow at times, and there was some noise disturbances from other guests during the night.

The business center was convenient for printing out my tickets, and it was always easy to catch a cab. Lastly, the hotel's location near CVS and Mariano's was a bonus. I had a great visit and will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone I know.

Outstanding View and Convenient Location

The view from our room was outstanding and the property location was perfect for our needs. the staff, especially the concierge named Milton, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. However, the room could have benefited from the addition of a microwave and outdoor seating on the balcony would have been a nice touch.

I was thoroughly impressed by this place. The location was perfect, being right down the street from the Riverwalk and with many different restaurants within walking distance. The area was really nice too. The service was top-notch, from the Doorman to House cleaning. I especially appreciated the room amenities such as the ironing facilities and in-room safe. The staff here really goes above and beyond to make sure you have an enjoyable stay.

We had booked the suite three months ago and even paid for a $40 upgrade for an upper level room. The hotel was stunning and very well maintained. The staff was always friendly and helpful, and the assistant manager checked up on us when we arrived to a dirty room. The restaurant and bar were amazing! The food was delicious and unique. The entire third floor amenities provided something for everyone, and we loved the view of the Lake shore East Park from our balcony.
