The staff were great, tons of nearby shops and restaurants, comfortable rooms, and fast response to air conditioner issue.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and ready. Request for specific room type was fulfilled. Onsite restaurant had good food. Walkable distance to SNHU Arena.

The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to the highway and numerous restaurants and stores within walking distance. the rooms were beautifully renovated, with luxurious touches like adjustable reading lamps in the headboard. Additionally, the hotel had a lovely spa area with a patio, hot tub, and indoor pool under a solarium.

I loved my room! The style was clean, modern and thoughtfully designed to provide a good night’s sleep. Amenities included a small refrigerator, a coffee maker and a bath with lots of fluffy towels. The dinning / bar tenders were fantastic, very attentive and helpful. The location was great, with numerous restaurants and even a grocery store within walking distance.

Great location and comfortable accommodations. The room had all the amenities I needed, including a safe, mini fridge, coffee maker, and complimentary water. The attached parking garage was convenient. I had a pleasant stay.

Despite these minor issues, I would still recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, convenience, and helpful staff. I had a positive experience.

Great location, within walking distance to downtown and shops. Comfortable rooms with a king-sized bed, couch, and large work area. the staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful. the complimentary hot cookies were a nice treat.

The hotel appears worn out, with small details showing signs of wear and tear. the windows in the rooms cannot be opened, so there is no fresh air circulation.

Friendly and accommodating staff made our stay enjoyable. They went above and beyond to fulfill our room requests and ensured a comfortable stay for our family. The on-site restaurant provided a delicious supper and the buffet was excellent. The kids had a great time at the pool and sauna, and they even received warm cookies and treats. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and came with complimentary water bottles. I would recommend this hotel for families.

The hotel had excellent cleanliness, with a very nice staff. The facilities, including the pool and hot tub, were refreshing and enjoyable. The location was perfect, just a block away from local pubs and restaurants, and conveniently close to the Merrimack River, where I could watch fireworks and go for a run.
