We had a fantastic experience staying at this place. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even printed tickets for us and gave us great recommendations for exploring the city. The hotel's location is perfect, right in the center near Chinatown. We were able to easily walk or take public transport to the pier and other attractions. The hotel had a modern and artsy vibe, which we loved. The room was clean and comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the unique and stylish furniture.

The lobby was a great place to relax, with visual books to flip through and complimentary tea and coffee. The room was cute, clean, and the perfect size. The bathroom was also nice and clean. The location was amazing, felt safe and lively, with easy access to Chinatown.

The soundproofing in the hotel was not great. There were giant vents in the nearby building that hummed noticeably all the time, which could be bothersome for light sleepers. There were also ongoing renovations in the lobby during my stay, and it seemed like the rooms would be renovated soon too. The tired and slightly old smell of the place was a bit off-putting.

I had a great time staying here. The location was perfect, as it was in the center of everything with Chinatown right in front of me. I was impressed with the room amenities, including the heating and air conditioning. The staff here were attentive and helpful, especially when it comes to tours or ticket assistance. Additionally, the dining options were excellent, with everything from a restaurant to a snack bar available. I found this place to have quality services that provided enhanced comfort.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at Triton and were greeted by a fascinating and artistic entry area. The hotel had a clean and comfortable room, which was a major plus. Additionally, the location was ideal as it was conveniently situated near Chinatown, Union Square, and the financial district. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee and lemonade in the morning, as well as the free wifi. our stay at Triton was enjoyable and we would recommend it.

This hotel is perfectly located near all the nightlife hotspots. You can walk to Chinatown in minutes and be in the centre of the action. It's close to popular attractions, and there are lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The rooms are clean and full of funky-cool decor, with thoroughly cleaned every day. You'll love the friendly staff and comfortable atmosphere.

It can get pretty noisy in the rooms as the windows are not soundproof.

The free wine happy hour was a great touch and the staff were friendly. The location of the hotel was convenient, with many attractions nearby. Plus, the free bike rental was a bonus and allowed us to explore the city with ease.

The noise level in the room was unbearable, with loud construction work and slamming doors interrupting our sleep. The room itself was cramped and the bathroom had an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the parking costs were excessively high, adding to the already frustrating experience.
