We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, with a recently renovated and nicely decorated interior. The bathroom was particularly impressive. The hotel also had great facilities, including a lounge where we could enjoy food on the premises. We were pleased with the convenient location, as it was easy to walk around downtown and explore this city. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we found the breakfast buffet to be excellent.

The hotel had excellent recent renovations, with large and attractive rooms. the room was cool and the bed was amazing. the location was great, close to the night-life, museums, and restaurants. Parking was super convenient and affordable. the hotel offered a friendly bar with great cocktails, as well as a large indoor pool. the in-room WiFi was excellent.

The hotel did not offer a local shuttle and there is still ongoing remodeling. the double beds in the rooms were too small for two adults.

The live music at Shade restaurant made my stay at Delta unforgettable! The talented artist played country music and took requests, adding hours of entertainment. The staff went above and beyond to make my trip memorable. I highly recommend this hotel. I had a great experience and would stay here again.

We had a very good stay at this hotel in Utica. The value for money was excellent, with reasonable prices for the quality of the facilities. The attention to detail was impressive, and the hotel's close proximity to downtown and many good restaurants made our stay very convenient. We were also pleased with the cleanliness of our spacious king size suite, which had all the basic amenities we needed. The staff was friendly and provided good service throughout our stay.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was clean and the rooms were lovely, with comfortable beds. The staff at the desk were organized and knew the area well. The breakfast was good, with fresh fruit available. The hotel had spacious parking and great facilities, including a bar. It was perfect for business travelers. We also loved that the hotel was located fairly close to the railroad station, making it convenient to explore the city center and the beautiful historic train station in downtown.

the bathroom, while clean, was extremely small and didn't have a proper shower setup, which made it difficult to avoid making a mess. the staff, however, were very friendly and the room service was quite good. the recently renovated room had a beautiful view of downtown and although it seemed a bit dirty from construction, it still had a nice charm to it.

This meant that I was sometimes locked out and had to rely on staff to let me back in, which was quite inconvenient.

The bed I had during my stay was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The room itself was spacious and had a fantastic view of the city. The hotel staff at the restaurant were very kind and even comped our tea. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was delicious and reasonably priced.

The hotel is located in a central area, close to many good restaurants and shops for walking around. You can easily find the nearest drug store. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with plenty of pillows. The bathroom is clean and well-stocked. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is decent, and the wait staff is excellent; they took great care of us. The pool is nice and well-maintained.

One of the rooms had an issue with the toilet flush that was not fixed properly.

This hotel in downtown Utica is a great value for money. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was evident throughout our stay. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. Our king size suite was spacious and impeccably clean.

During our overnight stay at the hotel, we were impressed with the well-appointed room which had all the amenities we expected, such as an instant coffee maker and bottled water. The hotel restaurant exceeded our expectations with delicious and reasonably priced food, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was also convenient, right in the center of the city's main cultural and social district.

One drawback was that there were only two creamers provided for the coffee, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the pillows in the room were too soft and didn't provide adequate support.

As adventure travelers, we loved the comfortable beds and pillows, great hot water and shower, and the aesthetic of the hotel. The free covered parking was a bonus, and the staff was respectful and helpful.

We felt totally at home during our stay at Delta Hotels By Marriott Utica. The staff was accommodating and made sure nothing was too much trouble for us.
