We loved the historic charm and elegance of the grand old station. The architecture was beautiful and the facilities were modern and comfortable. The location was great for exploring downtown Scranton and the hotel had easy access to the highway. The bar had a relaxing atmosphere with live music, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The hotel staff were attentive and the cleaning staff did a terrific job. The hotel also offered a great brunch and there were many fantastic downtown restaurants to choose from.

We felt well taken care of during our stay, with nothing being too much trouble.

The value for money at this hotel is outstanding. The prices are reasonable, especially considering all the amenities and the spaciousness of the rooms. Speaking of which, the rooms have clearly been recently renovated and are very spacious, giving them a comfortable and modern feel. The staff at this hotel are also pleasant and accommodating, going out of their way to make sure guests have everything they need.

The wedding venue at this hotel was absolutely charming and exceeded all expectations. the staff, particularly Luis from the banquet service and Carol the waitress, were outstanding and provided excellent service. the location of the hotel was perfect, with a key location near the University of Scranton and easily accessible to other areas of interest in the city. Additionally, the hotel had a charming and historical ambiance that added to the overall experience.

There were a few drawbacks during my stay. there was only one bellhop available during the weekend, which was not sufficient considering there were two weddings and a university event taking place.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the convenient location to everything we needed in Scranton. The large and comfortable rooms provided a great place to relax after a long day of exploring. The on-site Trax restaurant was a bonus, offering fast room service and a nice luncheon buffet at a reasonable price.

As parents of university students, the location of Radisson was perfect for us. The room we always choose is spacious, clean, and full of cozy charm, especially with the whirlpool tub in the corner. The service is courteous, willing, and efficient. Trax, the restaurant, is enjoyable, and the servers, like Ilena. The food, especially the hummus platter, is great. Carmen's is top-notch, with outstanding service and food. Parking is a huge plus, and the preservation of history and artifacts throughout the hotel adds a charming touch. Radisson truly provides a unique and valuable experience, unmatched in our travels.
