I loved the spaciousness of the room and the nice balcony. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the pools and parking just steps away. The beds were comfortable, and I appreciated having plenty of pillows. The hotel also had great facilities, including a washer and dryer in each unit.

Nothing not too like.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was in a shopping center with many fun things to do, including a great all you can eat sushi restaurant and a nearby Safeway. It was also conveniently close to the area attractions and had easy access to the hiking trails on the preserve.

The unit we stayed in was incredible, with upgraded features like granite counters and beautiful decor. the kitchen was well, equipped and even had beach towels available. the bed was extremely comfortable and the shower/jetted tub was luxurious. We also enjoyed the gorgeous views and patio. the location was ideal, with easy access to major highways and attractions in the area. the staff at the resort were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

There were a few disappointing aspects during our stay. the cleanliness of the unit was not up to par, with dust webs, dirty windows and carpets, and a leaky sink.

We absolutely loved our stay at Raintree! The location right next to South Mountain Preserve was a dream for us hikers. The trails were right outside our door, allowing us to explore for hours. The resort itself was clean and comfortable, with a hot tub that we enjoyed daily. Despite the minor drawbacks of internet charges and timeshare pressure, we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this place.

The condo was spacious with a comfy bed, perfect for families. The pool area was nice and staff were friendly. Hiking trails were easily accessible.

We were pleasantly surprised during our recent stay at a resort in the Southwest. the beautiful property had well-appointed units that were clean and spacious. We appreciated the variety of amenities available, but not so much that it felt cluttered. the staff was top-notch with 24-hour concierge and desk service, full reception, and attentive housekeeping. Two complementary facts we enjoyed were the meandering trails and tasteful landscaping. the key location was perfect for both business and vacation rental needs.

The first was the loud air conditioning units, which made it difficult to enjoy the peace of the outdoor deck or get a restful night's sleep. the second was the need to pay for internet access.

This hotel is a steal for what you get. The attention to detail from the staff is impressive - nothing is too much trouble. I loved the carpeted rooms - so cozy! Plus, it's situated near hiking trails, making it convenient for nature lovers like me.
