The staff members, Walter Hunt and Valet LeDre, were exceptional. Walter went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and helped us with our cooler by filling it with ice before we even reached our room. LeDre served us with efficiency and a wonderful smile. The facilities were decent and mostly clean. The food and service in the restaurant were excellent.

I had a wonderful stay at the Marriott in downtown Raleigh. We were in town for a dance competition at the nearby auditorium. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the center of the action. We also had the opportunity to attend the Beer Festival, which was a lot of fun. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, even though there was a water damage issue with some of the rooms. They quickly made arrangements for us to stay at another hotel for a night and then moved us back the next day. The room was clean and comfortable, and I loved having Starbucks attached to the lobby. a great experience!

I also appreciated the attention to detail, as there was a robe provided and even a bathtub in the bathroom. Lastly, the service and staff were exceptional, making check-in and check-out a breeze. I had a memorable stay with all the basic amenities I needed and even enjoyed a delicious breakfast.
