Our room had everything we needed, including Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The location was perfect for watching the ships travel through the locks, with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The nearby park provided a nice viewing area. Easy parking was available, and the young lady at the front desk went above and beyond to help us, showing true compassion and concern. The restaurant had a new dedicated manager and was improving towards fine dining. it was a super stay with jaw-dropping customer service and plenty of amenities.

the hotel has a rich history that they have preserved beautifully, with antique furniture and decor that add a charming touch. Our room was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the amenities were top-notch and we especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub. the hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of Soo Locks and various shops and restaurants. We even had a great view of the ships from our room and the dining area. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and they had no issue with our service dog. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Recently stayed at the Hotel Ojibway and had a fantastic experience. the room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. the location was perfect, with easy access to the locks and plenty of shopping options nearby. the highlight was definitely the amazing sleep we had - the curtains in the room were excellent at blocking out light, allowing the kids to sleep in until past 9am. We were also pleasantly surprised by the larger selection of TV channels available compared to other hotels. the night staff went above and beyond, even giving us access to the pool after hours. a great stay at the Hotel Ojibway, Trademark Collection.

My husband had ankle surgery at War Memorial and the hotel's location downtown was perfect for our needs. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, especially Randee at the front desk who found us a wheelchair. The room was clean and quiet, and the shower had excellent water pressure and coverage. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the coffee and appreciated the free parking in a downtown area. The windows that opened were a nice touch too.

the location was incredible, right in the heart of everything. We had a breathtaking view of the downtown street from our room and were just one block away from the famous Soo Locks. the hotel's dining room and bedrooms facing Water Street provided us with the perfect vantage point to see the magnificent 1000-foot-long ships passing through the locks. It was such a unique and memorable experience. Plus, there were plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance, making it super convenient. We were even able to have our service dog with us, and it was no issue at all. the Hotel Ojibway truly exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I had an amazing stay at the Ramada Plaza Ojibway for my 25th wedding anniversary. The room on the 6th floor had a breathtaking view of the locks and the city. It was truly mesmerizing to see the International Bridge illuminated at night from our room. The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our special occasion and even offered us a fantastic deal on the room. The location was perfect, with all attractions and the locks within walking distance. I had a memorable and wonderful experience at the Ramada Plaza Ojibway and I highly recommend it.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their coffee and the fact that the windows in my room opened, adding a nice touch to the atmosphere. my experience at this hotel was comfortable and memorable.
