The breakfast lady was really nice and the bed was comfortable. Also, the hotel was in a great location, close to where we wanted to go.

The reception staff was unwelcoming and the first room they gave us had a strange smell. It took over an hour for the second room to heat up and there was no automatic option on the heater.

The hotel is perfectly located, reasonably close to the downtown area of Champaign Urbana and in a quiet area. You can easily walk to the Urbana Garden restaurant, which is just down the block. In addition, some previous guests suggested that it's just a short drive to the downtown area as well. The rooms are well-kept, and the bathrooms are up to standard. The staff offers excellent service and is always willing to help. The complimentary breakfast has a wide variety and changes daily to keep it fresh.
