If you're looking for a unique experience, staying in a train car is definitely one. It was exciting to sleep in a different setting during our Christmas vacation. The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. Additionally, the petting zoo on the premises was a hit with the kids.

We got great value for our money with comfy beds, clean rooms, and lots of fluffy pillows at the nostalgic Red Caboose Motel. The location was perfect, close to the State Railway Museum and the staff, especially Rachel, were kind and understanding.

The only thing I would suggest for a better vacation experience for senior people is more attentive service from the staff. Sometimes, the children working there seemed a bit distracted and could have been more helpful in attending to our needs.
