The beds were flippin comfy, and the place was super clean. Loved that late check-in, very chommie of them. Also, brekkie at the Bakery nearby was a lekker surprise, best omlette ever!

Ag man, wish the WiFi was a bit faster, though, made it hard to skinner with the mates back home.

However, the room had a musty smell that lingered, and there were no ice machines available which put a damper on my evening plans. Basic items like hand towels and facial tissues were absent, and the shower and toilet areas could definitely use some upkeep—think stained linens and falling wallpaper. Another guest’s car alarm went off late into the night, and good luck with the front desk. they don’t answer, and their voicemail is full. Overall, it felt a bit rundown for the price paid.

The room I had was clean and comfy with a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. The air conditioning worked great too. Loved having a private bath with soap and towels. Plus, enjoyed the spa bath facilities. Definitely a nice spot for a couple of nights. Easy access for everyone with wheelchair assistance too.

We had a really nice stay at Village Inn & Suites! The Deluxe King Room was clean and comfortable, which was excellent after our day exploring Smithville. I loved that there was a microwave and coffee maker in the room for our convenience. Plus, we had a small table and chairs that made it easy to enjoy snacks together. The location was perfect, just a few minutes’ drive to historic Smithville Village.

The bathroom could use a bit of updating.

The home-made desserts at The Smithville Inn were simply divine, making our meal unforgettable! Plus, the comfort of the beds was a nice touch after an exciting day exploring picturesque Smithville Village.

On the flip side, I could really use some hand towels—and a second garbage can wouldn’t hurt! With a bit of sprucing up in those areas, this place could really shine.

This place was just a great fit for a quick trip in Smithville with value for price. The staff was super friendly and helped me check in at 1 am without a hitch. Bring your own snacks, as there’s no store nearby after hours.
