The hotel's location is superb, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions and dining options. My room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and surprisingly quiet despite being in a bustling area. I enjoyed the beautiful view from my balcony, which added a nice touch to my stay.

I found the Wi-Fi to be unsecured, which made me hesitant to use it during my stay.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, offering easy access to nearby stores and attractions within walking distance. I particularly enjoyed the efficient breakfast setup that had vegetarian and sugar-free options available. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and provided top-notch customer service during my stay.

I found the check-in process to be a bit slow.

However, our room had a slight odor of mildew, and let’s just say the bathroom crickets were more than a bit unsettling! Good thing I didn't bring my bug-catching kit!

The location was convenient for visiting the Gorge Amphitheatre with my family. We enjoyed exploring the area and the breakfast buffet hit the spot for everyone. It was nice having friendly staff to help us feel at home during our stay with my teenage daughter.

My wife says that the rooms could use more outlets.

Clean and comfortable accommodations offered a great value. The outdoor pool and hot tub were tempting extras, though I didn’t have a chance to use them. The breakfast featured fresh Mediterranean dishes, which were enjoyable. however, access at closing time was frustrating. While the hotel is in a lively area, it felt dated in some aspects, impacting the overall experience.

The room was clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. Enjoyed the homemade jam at breakfast, which was a delightful touch. However, the hotel has only one elevator located at the back, resulting in a cumbersome walk with luggage if your room is toward the front. Additionally, despite a friendly staff, there were times when no one was at the front desk during typical service hours, which was inconvenient.

The hot tub was a highlight, providing a relaxing escape. Staff were helpful with room service inquiries. However, consider coming early for breakfast as food ran out quickly. A little cleaning in common areas would go a long way for enhancing guest experience. Bring snacks if you’re a late riser!

the bathroom fans need repairs,, and the shower had a weird spray pattern. the breakfast buffet was really good with a variety of options including waffles and eggs. the room was spacious and clean with really comfy beds.

The experience met my expectations from start to finish. The space was large with two queen size beds, which made my stay comfortable. I appreciated the mini fridge and microwave for snacks. The hotel was conveniently located near amenities for a quick bite. I particularly remember skiing at nearby Mission Ridge and enjoying the beautiful views. Overall, my time was very satisfactory and I enjoyed the local culture as a traveler from Rome.
