The room was well-appointed and newly remodeled. The bed was large and incredibly comfortable. Pillows were dense but surprisingly supportive, allowing for a restful night. The bathroom impressed with clean white subway tiles and modern fixtures. Water pressure in the shower was perfect, and the toilet had significant flushing power. Noise was minimal, surprisingly quiet despite the busy surroundings, allowing a light sleeper like me to rest well. The hard surface floors were a plus for cleanliness. the absence of a fridge and iron was notable. a solid choice for comfort in a prime location.

This hotel offers an unbeatable location just steps away from the bustling Magnificent Mile, making it a breeze to stroll to iconic sites like Cloud Gate, Millennium Park, and the beautiful Riverwalk, while also giving quick access to great dining options like The Capital Grille and casual stops like Garrett Popcorn Shops, which are all under a 5-minute walk away; the room was clean, comfortable with a lovely modern bathroom, but it was a bit small for those who plan to unpack extensively.

So, we checked into this hotel expecting a nice stay, but the room was ridiculously cramped! Seriously, we could barely move without bumping into each other. It felt nothing like what we saw in the photos. Total letdown!

Limited elevators made getting around frustrating. WiFi was unreliable, and no streaming options available. Parking was valet only and cash-based, which caused unnecessary hassle. Noise from outside and thin walls didn't make for a restful stay. While the amenities showcase potential, substantial improvements are needed for a more pleasant experience. Would not recommend for business travelers or extended stays.

The location truly shines—just a block from the Magnificent Mile, perfect for exploring without the hassle. The corner room offered nice views and plenty of natural light. Staff was friendly, though the check-in experience was a bit rocky due to valet delays. The bathroom was appealing but could use a new showerhead. Small rooms and limited lobby seating were drawbacks. Ambulence noise was noticeable, but it didn’t overshadow the stay. Comfortable beds made for good rest. Despite some quirks, I would consider returning for the convenient location and warm hospitality.

The valet service was quick and friendly. We enjoyed a welcome drink upon arrival that made us feel special.

It wasn't cheap but still within reason for the experience offered.

Super close to all the fun stuff in Chicago! The staff was super friendly and the rooms were clean and updated. Just a heads up, the elevators are kinda slow and you can hear a lot of outside noise, especially sirens, even on the 10th floor. Perfect spot for shopping though!

Great location, super close to Magnificent Mile. The room was clean and comfy with an awesome bed. Loved the fitness centre and the fact there’s a cafe and restaurant in the building. Just a short walk to the river. Starbucks and Dunkin are less than a block away. The staff were friendly and super helpful.

Hotel Saint Clair offers a fantastic location near public transport and dining options. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing early check-in and baggage storage. While parking can be expensive, the overall value for a private room made it a worthwhile experience.
