Stayed for a business trip. Room was clean and comfortable. Convenient location close to major attractions. Enjoyed the friendly staff and good restaurant recommendations.

Hotel had a slight smell of cigarette smoke. Walls were thin and noise from neighboring rooms was audible.

the location was very convenient and the staff was friendly and upbeat. Mike, the desk clerk, went above and beyond to ensure we had a clean and quiet room. He even called to double-check our room preference and helped us get the non-smoking room we wanted. the room itself was well-maintained, and the housekeeping service went the extra mile by placing my stuffed dolphin in different positions on the bed each day. it was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for a week in June and were very satisfied. The room and housekeeping services were great, with a cute touch of finding my stuffed dolphin in different positions each day. The staff was really nice and helpful. The price was a good deal for the location near Lake George and its entertainment facilities. Plus, having the Outback right next door for breakfast was a bonus!

We recently stayed at Red Roof Inn in Queensbury and had a great experience. Our room on the second floor had high ceilings, making it feel more spacious. the location was convenient, and the staff were very friendly and inviting. the pillows were excellent, and the water pressure in the shower was awesome. We also loved the location of the bathroom. we were impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect, with easy access to the balloon festival and all the entertainment facilities in Lake George. Our recent stay at Red Roof Inn was fantastic! The room was clean and comfortable, exceeding our expectations. The location was convenient for our visit to the Great Escape Park. Despite the cold weather, the grounds were well-maintained, making it easy to get in and out of the parking lot. The friendly service and reasonable pricing were also major positives. Additionally, we appreciated being able to bring our dog with us. I highly recommend this hotel.

We werden begroet door een oud en verwaarloosd trappenhuis toen we aankwamen, maar het appartement zelf was echt een aangename verrassing. Het was prachtig gerenoveerd en mooi en modern ingericht. Er was veel communicatie met de eigenaar via WhatsApp en ze waren zeer behulpzaam. We hadden alle faciliteiten die we nodig hadden om te koken en het appartement schoon te houden. Er was zelfs een wasmachine, wat geweldig was voor ons langere verblijf. Gelukkig was de locatie perfect, op slechts 20 minuten lopen of een korte taxirit naar het oude centrum van de stad. Gelukkig waren er veel leuke restaurants en koffiezaakjes in de buurt.

Helaas waren de barstoelen in de keuken niet erg comfortabel, dus we konden er niet te lang op zitten. Het zou fijn zijn geweest als er gewone tafel en stoelen waren geweest.

For the price we paid, we got great value and a surprisingly comfortable room at the Red Roof Inn in Glens Falls - Lake George. The location was convenient and the staff treated us with exceptional friendliness and helpfulness.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, perhaps by offering a wider variety of options.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with plenty of nearby shopping and eateries. Plus, Lake George was just up the road, which was a great advantage for exploring the area. the staff at the front desk, particularly Mike, was incredibly helpful and friendly, always available to answer questions about the area with a smile.

My room at the hotel was less than satisfactory. the room had a musty smell, and the bathroom was not clean, with a shower curtain that appeared to have not been cleaned in a long time.

Our sleep was greatly disturbed due to the loud squeaking of the mattresses. The room also had poor soundproofing as we could clearly hear conversations from the neighboring TV, even at a low volume.
