I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Residence Inn By Marriott Ontario Rancho Cucamonga! The lobby had a warm, festive atmosphere that made me feel like I was walking into a holiday movie—complete with cheerful decorations. The customer service was like a soft, fluffy cloud. each staff member was incredibly friendly and eager to help. My room was spotless and organized, stocked with everything I could possibly need, and those little details—like the neatly folded towels—made it feel special. I give it an enthusiastic 10!

Had an incredible time here with friends! We loved the spacious rooms and the outdoor BBQ area. It was just a short drive to Auto Club Speedway, and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool. Would definitely recommend checking out the LED televisions in the room for some downtime after a day of fun!

One downside was that the housekeeping didn’t come by during our stay, which made fresh towels hard to come by. I had to ask a couple of times to get them.

The beds were super comfy, and the place was clean. Having a kitchen in the room meant I could whip up a midnight snack without a Michelin star chef! Plus, they’re pet-friendly, which is always a win.

But those floors were colder than my ex's heart! I half-expected to sign a waiver just to walk around in bare feet!

However, I experienced several inconveniences. My room wasn't cleaned at all during my four-night stay, which left me with overflowing trash. The hotel is located in a somewhat odd business park area, making it feel less welcoming than a typical residential setting. The breakfast selection could use some improvement. it didn't feel as comprehensive as other nearby options, and there were issues with noise from barking dogs in adjacent rooms.

Had a canny time here with me kids! The outdoor BBQ area and basketball court were proper mint for family fun. Rooms were massive and the breakfast was lush with proper plates and utensils, no plastic rubbish. Only downside was a bit of noise from upstairs, but nowt too bad!

Great for family fun!

We stayed 5 nights and really enjoyed the picnic area for our family meals. The kids loved the basketball court and the pool. Wasn't crazy about having to ask for clean towels multiple times. Overall, a pretty solid spot for family vacations!

The pool area was super fun, and the picnic tables outside were perfect for evening dinners. Only bummer was our room didn't get cleaned for a few days, which wasn’t cool. But overall, we loved the hotel vibe and it felt like a comfy home away from home.
