We had a fantastic stay at this hotel just off Blue Ridge Parkway and I-81. The location was convenient for us as it provided easy access to the highway. The room was clean and comfortable, with amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave, and coffeemaker. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay.

Exceptionally clean room and bath. Pool and workout room were also very clean. Welcoming and enthusiastic front desk staff. Gracious pet policy. Short power outage, but staff did their best. Great water pressure and clean sheets. Affordable place to rest during long car trip.

They provided a quick check-in and accommodated our request for a first floor room near an exit, which was convenient for our dogs. the continental breakfast exceeded expectations, with a variety of selections.

The noise level was high, especially near the broken hall exterior door with duct tape covering the lock. the price was also outrageous compared to usual rates, which felt like price gouging.

The hotel also had an elevator, making it convenient for guests with mobility limitations. Despite these drawbacks, we would consider staying at this hotel again due to the positive aspects of our experience.

My husband and I stayed at Comfort Inn for a weekend getaway. The front desk staff was friendly and check-in was a breeze. Our room on the third floor was comfortable and surprisingly had a window that actually opened! It was a nice touch to have the option of a cool night breeze. The hotel was conveniently located just off the highway, making it easy to get to Gatlinburg. We didn't try the breakfast, but it looked delicious. a great value for the price.

We stayed at a Comfort Inn for a quick overnight stop during our road trip. the cost was affordable and the room was basic but clean. the sheets were definitely clean and had a faint scent of bleach, which was reassuring. the water pressure in the shower was great and the air conditioning worked well. the receptionist, Asia, made our stay even more enjoyable with her incredible hospitality. She was always smiling, saying hello, and making jokes, truly a great host. We were impressed by her level of care and suggest that she should be promoted to a manager position. Check-in was quick and the front desk staff was professional. We also liked that the room had wood floors instead of carpet, which felt clean and modern. it was a great and affordable place to crash for a few hours during our long car trip.
