We had a fantastic stay at this hotel just off Blue Ridge Parkway and I-81. The location was convenient for us as it provided easy access to the highway. The room was clean and comfortable, with amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave, and coffeemaker. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay.

The noise level was high, especially near the broken hall exterior door with duct tape covering the lock. The price was also outrageous compared to usual rates, which felt like price gouging.

My husband and I stayed at Comfort Inn for a weekend getaway. The front desk staff was friendly and check-in was a breeze. Our room on the third floor was comfortable and surprisingly had a window that actually opened! It was a nice touch to have the option of a cool night breeze. The hotel was conveniently located just off the highway, making it easy to get to Gatlinburg. We didn't try the breakfast, but it looked delicious. a great value for the price.

We were impressed by her level of care and suggest that she should be promoted to a manager position. Check-in was quick and the front desk staff was professional. We also liked that the room had wood floors instead of carpet, which felt clean and modern. it was a great and affordable place to crash for a few hours during our long car trip.
