During my stay, the check-in process was quick and efficient. the hotel's location was convenient, close to restaurants and shops. In addition, the room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay.

There was an incident where a guest was denied a room due to confusion over the number of occupants. The staff's response was unhelpful and resulted in a negative experience for the guest and her family.
