Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. Staff, especially Andy, were kind and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The view from the 14th floor was nice, and the club room perks were enjoyable. We felt safe in the area and loved walking down to the river. The downstairs bar was great, and the morning hostess in the club room was nice.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The accommodations were superb. The down pillows, comforter, and wonderful mattress provided the best two nights sleep. The staff was pleasant and helpful, giving me directions and recommendations for shopping. The hotel was clean, and my room was neat and cozy. I couldn't have asked for more.

This hotel in downtown Wilmington's business center offers excellent value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. The convenient location makes it easy to walk to nearby eateries or grab a coffee at the next nearest coffee shop. The staff provides great service, and the basic amenities in the rooms, like the large TVs in the suites, are updated and clean. Plus, the breakfast is included with the rate, making it even more convenient.

All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

The blankets were super soft and cozy, perfect for a relaxing weekend. the suite itself was beautiful, exactly like the photos showed. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and there was even a thoughtful touch of having our name on the TV when we walked in. We also appreciated the informative front desk staff who gave us great recommendations for local places to eat.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the pool was quite crowded with unaccompanied children, which made it difficult to have a peaceful and relaxing time.

During my stay at this hotel, I really appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms. the housekeeping staff did a great job in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment. There were a few aspects that I did not enjoy about my stay. the elevators were quite slow, resulting in some waiting time and inconvenience.

Our stay at Sheraton was fantastic! We visited for back-to-school shopping and the location was perfect, less than 10 miles from the mall. The suite was spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchenette. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. we had a great experience and left feeling energized and rested.
