Great location and friendly staff

Really loved the location, super close to Truist Park and the conference center. The staff was super helpful, especially in the Club Lounge where breakfast was nice. Room had a great view. Just had a bit of trouble with room basics like the phone not working and only getting one robe when we arrived.

I recently stayed at Renaissance Waverly for a business trip. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, accommodating all of my needs. The newly remodeled rooms were modern and clean, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel's location near a mall and restaurants made it convenient for me to explore the area during my free time. The club lounge food was delicious, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Parking was also free, adding to the overall value of my stay.

The cleanliness of the bathroom was disappointing, with hair on the floor. the ala carte breakfast menu left on the bed seemed to be overlooked by housekeeping.

The food at Medici restaurant was amazing, and we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast. Additionally, the king room we stayed in was incredibly comfortable, and the parking was convenient. To top it off, the hotel surprised us with snacks, water, and sparkling wine, making our stay even more special. We can't wait to return!

We loved the top-notch customer service and the quick response to any issues we had. The breakfast was excellent and the spa with jacuzzi, steam bath, and salty water pool were amazing. We also enjoyed the convenient location near the Cumberland mall and great restaurants. As party people, we had a blast and will definitely be back!
