I recently stayed at Renaissance Waverly for a business trip. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, accommodating all of my needs. The newly remodeled rooms were modern and clean, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel's location near a mall and restaurants made it convenient for me to explore the area during my free time. The club lounge food was delicious, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Parking was also free, adding to the overall value of my stay.

The hotel had a great selection of shops and commercial services, and we really appreciated the option of limousine service. Our room was comfortable with all the necessary amenities, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. We also enjoyed the sitting area and in-room safe. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making our stay truly enjoyable.

The convention space at Renaissance was incredibly convenient and easily accessible. It made attending my conference a breeze. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We were also blown away by the recently remodeled rooms - they provided great inspiration for our own home. The food at Medici restaurant was amazing, and we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast. Additionally, the king room we stayed in was incredibly comfortable, and the parking was convenient. To top it off, the hotel surprised us with snacks, water, and sparkling wine, making our stay even more special. We can't wait to return!

We loved the top-notch customer service and the quick response to any issues we had. The breakfast was excellent and the spa with jacuzzi, steam bath, and salty water pool were amazing. We also enjoyed the convenient location near the Cumberland mall and great restaurants. As party people, we had a blast and will definitely be back!

My experience at this hotel was less than satisfactory. I was disappointed by the lack of luggage assistance upon arrival, which made it difficult to transport my belongings to my room. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, as I discovered hair from previous guests in the shower. The water pressure in the shower was also subpar, making for a less than enjoyable experience. I would not choose to stay at this hotel again due to these negative aspects.
