the location was perfect as it was very close to the stadium, making it convenient for game day. In addition, the hotel was close to everything - restaurants, shopping, and other attractions. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were friendly, accommodating, and made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms with two queen beds were comfortable and well-maintained, ensuring a good night's sleep.

We had a great time at this hotel! The staff were very welcoming and efficient. Our room was comfortable and clean with a good-sized TV and desk. We enjoyed the excellent breakfast buffet and the restaurant staff were courteous and cheerful. We also appreciated the excellent customer service from the hostess and morning diva at the Concierge lounge. The location was perfect, close to our family's home and with easy access to many nearby restaurants and shops.

The towel service could be improved with an increase in the number of towels provided in the room.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The morning staff was very pleasant and took very good care of me. The rooms were very comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. The location was great, very close to the stadium and near many shops and restaurants. I loved walking to get frozen yogurt at the nearby shops and then enjoying it on the nice outdoor patio with a fireplace. The hotel was clean, and the pillows and bed were very comfortable. The personalized service, the decor of the rooms and lobby, and the selection of food and drinks were all top-notch.

My overall stay was fantastic. The staff at check-in was friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. They let me check in early, which was a great convenience. During my Easter stay, there were a few aspects of this hotel that I really enjoyed. the location was fantastic. It was conveniently close to restaurants, shops, and a stadium, which made exploring the area very easy. Additionally, the hotel had a great restaurant that served delicious meals. The bar area was lively and the staff handled the crowd efficiently, even during a big event like a concert. the location and dining experience were major highlights of my stay.

There were a few things that I didn't particularly like about this hotel. The hallway rugs were worn out and could use replacing, and the room fridge was not very effective in cooling drinks even after being set to its coldest setting.

The staff was hospitable during our delay in getting to our room, storing our bags and parking our car. The location of the hotel on Patriot Place was perfect for attending games. The room and bathroom were both clean and comfortable. we would recommend this hotel.
