Loved the warm and friendly hosts, making us feel very welcomed and part of the family. The room was lovely, comfortable, and clean, with little extras and even a snack that made us feel special.- Great location near a vaparetto stop and an easy walk from the train station, away from the busy tourist areas.- Enjoyed the peaceful and beautiful surroundings with plenty of nearby restaurants.

No elevator, so carrying luggage to the second floor was a bit inconvenient. The terrace was smaller than expected, not suitable for drinks or meals, and the view was not as expected from the photos.

The location is unbeatable, with a water bus stop right outside the door and all the main attractions within reach. The apartment is exceptional clean and well-equipped with fresh towels, sheets, and even a gift of shower bits. The availability of snacks, drinks, and free coffee at reception is a nice touch. The morning view from the balcony is jaw-dropping. The hosts are incredibly friendly and kind, providing helpful contact numbers and a comprehensive booklet of recommendations. Definitely the best B&B I’ve ever stayed at!

The best place to stay in Venice! Wonderful view, clean rooms, and friendly owners. Cannaregio area lets you experience the local lifestyle and not just the tourist side. The room accommodated 3 people comfortably and had great amenities like a microwave and fridge. The A/C was a lifesaver in the heat. Highly recommend!

Stayed at a fantastic hotel with a great canal view. Jennifer, our host, was warm and informative. She took our dietary restrictions into account for breakfast, which was delicious. the room was clean, cute, and had a beautiful view of the canal through French doors. the location was perfect, with easy access to the ferry station and great restaurants nearby. Away from the crowded areas, we enjoyed a more relaxed ambiance in Venice.

We had a wonderful stay at Venezia Canal View in Venice. Our travel purpose was to explore the city and we stayed for a few days. The location of the hotel was excellent, close to the train station, restaurants, shopping, and a market on a quiet canal. The air conditioning in the room was a must and very welcoming after spending hours outside. The beds were comfortable and the view from our Cannaregio room was beautiful. We would pick this hotel again without hesitation.

Mind-blowing experience! From the moment I arrived, the managers/owners were incredible. Despite my early arrival, they quickly accommodated me, and upon my return, my bags were magically waiting in my room. The location is superb, right on the water, with an abundance of restaurants nearby and close to the train station. Plus, if you enjoy walking, everything is within easy reach. The rooms are spotlessly clean, with special decorative touches that enhance the cozy ambiance. The value for money is unbeatable! The young manager is a gem, taking exceptional care of guests with her friendly and attentive service. She even shared her personal number for any immediate needs, which she promptly responded to. Without a doubt, this place is a hidden gem and my go-to spot when visiting this charming city.

She recommended a restaurant that ended up being the best meal of our entire stay in Italy. the room was cozy, nicely decorated, and had a fantastic view of the canal. the bed was comfortable, and the room looked fresh and recently renovated. Breakfast was delicious and served right outside the room or brought to the room. Jennifer was friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. My stay at Venezia Canal View was absolutely fantastic! The room was clean and cozy, with a small balcony overlooking the canal. I loved waking up to the beautiful view every morning. The self-service coffee machine provided in the warm lobby was a great touch. The location, just next to a water bus stop, made getting around the city convenient. The hosts were friendly and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful Venice experience.

my recent stay at the canal view hotel in venice was beyond amazing. it far surpassed my previous stay in venice. from the beautiful view of the main canal to the small balcony, everything was perfect. jennifer, the host, was incredibly kind and provided helpful food recommendations. her thoughtful souvenir added a personal touch to my stay. i will never forget it.

We had a fantastic stay at a cute boutique hotel with a personal touch. the owners were incredibly friendly and quick to provide toiletries and towels. They went above and beyond for us, making our stay even more enjoyable. the hotel had fancy rooms that had a European flair, reminiscent of the upper east side. Being situated right on the canal with a waterbus station nearby was a lovely bonus. We also had a charming cafe a few meters away, perfect for a light breakfast or a cup of American coffee. the cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and the owner and her sister were the sweetest and most helpful women. We would definitely choose to stay here again.
